FARIDPUR MY MEMORY
By Major AnisAlmighty Allah gave me chance to work with the people and help distress people. We worked together with district administration and NGO. I remember those NGO like WORLD, RASIN, Concern Worldwide Bangladesh and FDA (Faridpur Development Agency). We helped around 1.6 million people of Faridpur. We helped those who had no food, who had no shelter.

SIDR
Last SIDR in Bangladesh took away many lives. One cannot realize what happened there and how it looks like. I participated in ‘Operation Sea angle’ in the year 1991 and still I can remember the horror of the cyclone. But this time, which happened on 15 November 2007 at northern part of Bangladesh is the greatest devastation that ever happen.
